BUSINESS SERVICES PROJECT ANALYST
Duties include:
- Support clients via phone and/or Internet as directed to resolve issues and/or identify other PCS products and services to market.
- Participate as directed in implementing Business Services applications at the client site or remotely from the PCS office.
- Participate as directed in the application development process (e.g. testing and documenting).
- Develop an understanding of applications used while assisting with Business Services applications, basic training, and client support needs.
Education and Experience:
- A two or four-year degree in Accounting or Business Management with demonstrated experience in accounting principles and practices is preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Computer experience with Microsoft and the internet.
- Good organizational skills, ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Flexible team player.
- Customer-focused.
- Knowledge of the utility industry is helpful.
- Ability to travel 25% – 50% of work period.

HR ADMINISTRATOR
Duties include overseeing all HR functions, but not limited to:
- Benefit Administration
- Facilitate renewals/plans for all employee insurance coverages – e.g., medical, vision, dental, and disability.
- Coordinate all employee benefit programs and renewals.
- Administer the 401(k) plan enrollments.
- Conduct all benefit enrollments for new employees and process changes for existing employees.
- Employee Recruitment
- As needed and directed by the Admin Team to ensure company and client needs are met.
- Attend career fairs.

- Extend employment offers.
- Prepare advertisements and postings for open positions.
- Employee Retention & Engagement
- Organize employee training, meetings, and engagement efforts.
- Facilitate professional goal setting for team members, plan education and training in coordination with department managers.
- Coordinate with WITCC on the state training reimbursement program.
- Conduct orientation for new team members.
- Coordinate all employee meetings and needed employee communications, including the newsletter.
- Maintain and update new employee orientation materials.

- Endure compliance with applicable government regulations and documentation.
- Maintain technical knowledge and skills by attending educational workshops and studying written publications to stay abreast of important labor law updates/etc.
- Keep the employee handbook up to date and maintain other HR related documents.
- Maintain employee personnel files, including all necessary paperwork related to hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary, termination, and any employee reporting regulations.
- Plan and direct the annual employee performance review process
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Perform periodic administrative duties as needed. Duties such as, but not limited to, the following: Mail pick-up and delivery, answering phones, ordering promotional items, etc.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
Education and Experience:
- A two or four-year business degree with a minimum of five years of experience in an HR role or similar position.
Required Qualifications:
- Computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet browsers.
- Overall knowledge of business operations and client needs.
- General knowledge of management techniques, project management, and human resource management.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Duties include:
- Provide assistance to all end-users in resolving network operational problems and questions.
- Stay abreast of industry-wide technological developments.
- Maintaining current inventories of the software and hardware components that make up Information Technology.
- Conduct capacity monitoring and planning for all systems. Troubleshoot systems problems.
- Install new software and upgrade existing software.
- Provide support to Company personnel in staging event network/equipment, outage management, and general “help desk” assistance in the day-to-day activities.
- Provide consultation and assistance to all end-user departments in resolving network operational problems and questions.
- Recommend security procedures to each end-user.
- Monitor operations of all computers and software to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Add approved new users to systems.
- Stage and deploy systems.
- Manage security enforcement for IT Service Providers that exchange data with PCS.
- Deploy, manage, and monitor technical security safeguards justified by the PCS risk assessment. At a minimum, technical safeguards will include perimeter security, access controls, vulnerability management, configuration
- management, virus protection, and event log analysis and reporting.
- The System Administrator will maintain and summarize the following Information Technology activities:
- Daily troubleshooting logs.
- Maintenance of risk controls, including firewalls, access controls, virus protection, policy enforcement, and vulnerability management.
- Security monitoring reports. All systems are to be monitored for possible breaches of security policy.
- Software licensing information.
- Maintain daily backup systems and business continuation support.
- Continue Database Administration duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- A two or four-year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Networking/Security is preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong computer networking background with state-of-the-art Microsoft software skills.
- Microsoft certification would be beneficial but not required.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies.
- At times, work before or after normal working hours and from remote locations.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Internet knowledge and ability to maintain websites.
- Must be flexible with problem-solving skill sets and the ability to pay attention to detail.
- Ability to travel 10% – 15% of work period.
